Looking for a small park model that screams “rustic,” but has the full amenities of a normal house? Then you’ll want to check out this Lil’ Lodge. It's a style of a park model cabin made by the company of the same name. The company specializes in these little cabins that are perfect for use as vacation or second homes, mainly. They're usually used on private land or campsites.
Floor plans come highly customized per customer requirements. They typically come with a living space, a kitchen, a bathroom, a lofted area and a bedroom. A dining space is right off the kitchen and living area in many floor plans for maximum social integration. If regulations allow the extra floor space, there are also optional porches.
The green and wooden exterior will make you feel like you’re in a rustic cabin immediately. It boasts a choice of cedar permalap, hardi board, vinyl or pine/cedar log siding. The colored metal roof comes in several color selections outside the forest green shown.
The kitchen comes equipped with full appliances in black, white or stainless steel, in addition to plenty of cabinet space. The cabinets are handcrafted out of pine. The refrigerator is full-sized at 18-cubic-feet and has an icemaker. There’s a 30-inch electric or gas range with the full-size oven. The countertops are mica, and the sinks are stainless steel.
The stone façade around the electric fireplace gives this home a real country feel. Added matching stone on the counter exterior gives this home a well-designed, coordinated look. The flooring is laminate oak with optional hardwood available.
There’s a choice of standard wall interiors, though this design boasts wooden paneling. Birch and cedar paneling come optional.
The lofted design to this park model home gives it a very spacious, multilevel feel. The cathedral ceiling design adds even more of an open feel.
The 2x6 16-inch O.C. truss rafters give this home a further rustic look. The windows are thermal double pane with mullions and tilt sash. High windows such as this one give plenty of natural light throughout the day.
The bathroom boasts a 32-inch fiberglass shower in this model. A 54-inch tub/shower combination is also available. Built-in medicine cabinets also add plenty of storage. There is an elongated toilet and a towel bar. The bathroom comes fitted with an exhaust fan, as well.
Bedroom areas can come highly customized for sleeping arrangements, as shown above. The bedroom and living room come with a 52-inch rustic-style ceiling fan with lighting, aiding in airflow.
