At least, it would if some lucky buyer hadn't snapped it up already, but it's nice to appreciate the finer things in life.

This modular park model RV has a toasty electric fireplace in the living room. One of the model's two flat-screen TVs is there as well, and the sofa (which looks so comfy) pulls out into a double sleeper. Along with a distinctly oceanic decorating scheme, this beachfront property has already done enough to impress.
Even Martha Stewart would be jealous of this kitchen. Stainless steel appliances and enough cupboard space to feed you for the winter are just some of the fine features you'll find here.
There are not one, but two lofts. Both overlook the kitchen and living room, although you'll probably want to gaze out of the large windows throughout the home at the waterfront. Still, it's nice to see what's going on down below.
The bedroom is quite large, and the other flat-screen TV can be found inside.
Just outside, you can find a three-level patio with a couple of beach chairs to watch the sunset on.
