Airstreams might be the ideal vehicle for getting out and seeing America, but did you know they are also great for seeing the best of the UK? This 1964 Airstream Overlander was imported from the USA to Lampeter, Wales where it was lovingly renovated and made available to book through Airbnb.
The host, Hugh, named his Airstream 'Wildernest' because of its beautiful location surrounded by meadows, wet grasslands, and woodlands. When staying at the Wildernest, you will be immersed in a landscape composed of picturesque ponds, adorable farm animals, and the Cambrian Mountains.
The interior of this Airstream is light and airy, just like the breezy fields that lie outside your door.
On cool nights, you can relax in the living area and warm up next to the wood-burning stove.
The sleeping areas in the Wildernest are very spacious, allowing guests to spread out and get comfy.
Beyond the frosted glass door is the bathroom. We love the use of neutral colored tiles and a vessel sink for a more modern look.
The exterior of the Airstream is so shiny the host jokes, "you can put your lipstick on here." While you're looking your best, enjoy a romantic dinner...
...you won't regret the views from your table.
We can't tell which is better, the stunning interior of this Airstream or the breath-taking scenery. Let us know what you think by sharing this article on Facebook and letting us know in the comments!
