1948 Trailer Craft has restored exterior, but check out the stunning original interior

There's something incredibly impressive (and gratifying) in taking an older, worn-down item and fully restoring it. These types of projects are not without their setbacks and can also be costly - depending on what you're restoring. So there's a great sense of satisfaction that comes with completing the project.
Take, for instance, individuals who restore classic cars that look ready for the junk yard. In saving that piece of equipment from its demise, and using your own two hands to get it running again, you'll likely appreciate (and enjoy) driving it more than you would if you purchased it off the lot. The same can be said for old travel trailers. Check out this vintage camper trailer below that was beautifully restored.

This project was completed by none other than the man behind Vintage Camper Trailers. This is one of his personal trailers. Below, you'll see the condition it was in when he first got it.

After much hard work, he had a thing of beauty on his hands.
Upon entering this 1948 Trailer Craft travel trailer, there's a cozy eating area to the right and the kitchen to your left.

 "I saved the roof and other than the reupholstered seats the interior is original unrestored," the owner explained.
This area is unrestored, straight from the 1940s. 
Here's a better look at the kitchen, which comes complete with an oven and a number of cupboards and cabinets.
The bathroom has an actual toilet, which you don't often see in campers.
