Welcome to the beautiful Wildwood Unit 77 park model

An old saying goes, "Never judge a book by its cover." "Never judge a tiny home strictly by its exterior" may be more apropos. Although this park model home by West Coast Homes is rather simple on the outside, the inside is really quite impressive. According to Wildwood Lakefront Cottages, this home and others like it are located in Lake Whatcom, Wash.
Wildwood Lakefront Cottages is a resort made up of park model homes. Unlike most tiny homes which are designed to be inhabited year-round, Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) states that park model homes are "designed to provide temporary accommodation for recreation, camping or seasonal use."  The home below is just one of the vacation homes Wildwood has at its resort.

West Coast Homes states that this home has a total of 400 square feet footprint.  The living room is spacious, with a beautiful view of the lake.
The kitchen is described as "galley style" and contains a stove/oven combination. A full-sized refrigerator and a dishwasher give all the amenities of home. The dining area is tucked right off the kitchen.
Many tiny dwellings skimp on the bathroom since space is so precious, but not this park model home. This home is truly luxurious. The granite counter top on the vanity, the tile floors and the rock floor in the shower all speak of opulence.
Upstairs, the loft contains both a bedroom and an open area that is perfect for children to play in or to turn into a cozy sitting room.
Downstairs is another bedroom.
Although you can't live full-time in one of these beautiful park model homes, owning one of these for vacationing is a great way to get started in tiny living. The beauty and comforts of Wildwood Lakefront Cottages truly set this home apart.
