Welcome to the Whidbey park model, by West Coast Homes

Mark Ouellette is the architect behind this gorgeous design, manufactured by West Coast Homes. This design, as many other of the company's park model, can be found at the Wildwood Lakefront Cottages resort.
The manufacturers proudly describe this 400 square feet unit as "a little bit more unique than the others." What makes this park model stand out, you may be wondering? Well, you just need to take a look at the next picture to find out. It's a gorgeous covered porch, attached to the park model and also movable with it.
The custom L-shaped stairs that take to the loft have been built a little bit larger than the usual size so their "client's child would be more easily able to climb to the loft." This image includes as well a view of the kitchen, the bathroom, and the cozy fireplace. Just imagine the light that can come through that enormous window.
Below you can see a reconstruction by Wildwood Lakefront Cottages, depicting the living area of the Whidbey. It's elegant and simple, yet very livable.
The kitchen not only includes a full-size fridge, a microwave and a 4-burner cooktop with oven, but also a dishwasher. You can also see the warm walnut cabinetry in the image below. The quartz countertops you can see here can also be found in the bathroom.
This cute bathroom is very easy to use thanks to its big shower and ample layout.
The queen bed is the absolute protagonist of one of the two bedrooms the Whidbey offers, thanks to its smart storage system that works with hydraulic lifts.
It provides plenty of space for all your vacation gear and more!
As the West Coast Homes website states, the loft has been designed to hold two different bedrooms. However, Wildwood Lakefront notes that there are 3 different optional possibilities when it comes to configuring the loft.
Here's another  reconstruction of how the common area and access to the loft would look. You can see the bathroom door and the beautiful covered deck through the window.
One must admit that the airiness of this place is difficult to compete with. Had you noticed the little reading nook under the corner window?
