Live the rustic life with this Indiana park model

Looking for a rustic space that lets you get away from it all? Then you’ll love this model from Fairmont Homes, Inc., located in Nappanee, Indiana. The model is simply numbered 100117. The company has been building homes for over 40 years, is part of the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association and specializes in park trailers.
The floor plan starts with a living room off to the right, complete with a fireplace that doubles as an entertainment center. To the left of that is the kitchen, which has a dining area across from it. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom, and right outside of that are some stairs leading up to a loft area. To the left of the bathroom is the bedroom, which contains a his and hers wardrobe with a TV stand.

The exterior has a classic cabin look to it: wooden exterior with a green metal roof.  The home features vinyl Thermopane tilt-in windows. The roof has R-19 insulation to save on heating and cooling costs.

The dining area sits next to bay windows for plenty of natural light, while sliding window doors let in even more light. Behind the dining area, you can see the full-sized refrigerator.

The kitchen comes with a full-sized stove and microwave. All appliances are Whirlpool brand. The home comes with solid hardwood cabinetry. An open kitchen design keeps people who are cooking connected to the rest of the home. A slight wraparound counter provides extra counter space, without getting in the way of foot traffic.
The photo below shows that fireplace and entertainment center. Windows along the full height of the wall allow for excellent views of nature and plenty of natural light.
The lofted area adds still more floor space, without taking room away from the main area. As the picture shows, the loft area is entirely open to what is happening below, save for some protective railings. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to get away from the hubbub, but still wants to be somewhat connected to the main living area.
