If you’d like one of the most customizable park model home
cabins around, you’ll want to check out the Heritage Lodge Cabin series from
Park Model Homes, which has been building park model cabins for 30 years. The
series comes with 19 floor plans from which to choose.
Some floor plans come in the common park model home layout.
A living room sits off to the left, which leads into a kitchen. A bathroom sits
between the kitchen and the bedroom. Variants place the bathroom right next to
the bedroom so both are far to the left, the bathroom across from the kitchen,
the kitchen to the right side of everything, the kitchen more or less open to
the living room or the bathroom back behind the bedroom, among other options.
The key with this model is its sheer customization, meaning any space could
belong to any desired home.

Standard exterior features of these models include
Thermopane windows, a rear door with a deadbolt and wood-styled vinyl siding or
optional log siding.
Full-wall windows in the particular model shown above allow
for plenty of natural light to come in. The knotted wood interior helps
residents and guests feel like they’re getting the full cabin experience.
The home boasts custom-built cabinets with solid wood
fronts. Several models allow the kitchen to have a wraparound countertop, like
in the photo, which is perfect for setting out snacks for quests. The models
come with a full-sized oven, microwave and refrigerator. The deluxe range has
auto ignition.
Sleeping quarters can be highly customized. A popular feature is a hide-a-bed sofa or futon, like in the photo. The bunk beds are perfect for children who are visiting.

This photo shows a more standard bedroom space, which can
fit a queen-sized bed. The mirror closet
doors help the space look twice as big as it is. Set-in cabinets offer plenty
of storage.
