Say hello to the Pancho Villa Airstream: The exotic décor within is spot-on

Welcome to Terlingua, Texas: a small desert ghost town located just minutes away from the Mexican border. Here you will find Big Bend National Park, Christmas Mountains, and this beautifully secluded Airstream getaway in Tin Valley. Named "Pancho Villa," this updated 1976 Airstream is available to rent through Airbnb. Just six miles away from the entrance to the National Park, it is a perfect resting spot for hikers, bikers, and geology lovers.
Pancho Villa is an Airstream with character. Unique Hispanic elements decorate and give the space life. During your stay, you will enjoy complete privacy as you are surrounded by miles of nature on all sides. Due to the remote nature of the lodging, GPS and cell phone service will be limited, allowing all of your attention to focus on the present and enjoying your stay in Tin Valley.

Mexican textiles make up the upholstery on these carved, wooden chairs.
Reclaimed wood is utilized throughout the house for the flooring as well as the wall paneling.
In the living room, you will find this colorful love seat. Following the Mexican painted wood tradition, the side tables also provide pops of color.
Salt and pepper shakers shaped like sugar skulls greet you in the dining area.
The Airstream has an open floor plan – towards the back of Pancho Villa, you will find the sleeping area covered in this intricately patterned blanket.
The bathroom is currently still a work in progress, but we like where it is going with this incredible hand-painted sink...
...the host has even ordered a matching toilet! We can't wait to see it integrated into the décor.
While the bathroom is being perfected, enjoy a warm shower and a dip in the pool at the local Terlingua Ranch just a few miles away.
