Take a look inside this gorgeous park model – it's a snow-white wonderland

Take advantage of the coastal sunshine with this 1993 park model from Woodland Park. Don't let the dated exterior fool you because this park model has been extremely well-maintained. In fact, it's been renovated to look like a dream come true, and it's only a few minutes' walk from the beach.
What makes this park model truly extraordinary is the attached sunroom. It measures 34 by 8 feet (approximately 25.27 square meters) and is just as long as the park model. Morning coffee or a tasty breakfast taken in this sunroom are a true delight.

You can see how long it is from this shot. Rather than having a dining area in the kitchen, the owners have saved space by moving it to the sunroom. There's also plenty of room for two loveseats and an entertainment center.
Bright white wicker furniture illuminates the living room space. Everything from the side tables to the ceiling fan is a lighter shade, but the little pops of color on the couch cushions keep the décor balanced.
The kitchen is nice and open. Just opposite of the stove and sink is a large kitchen island. Although it's currently being used as a spot for the toaster and coffee maker, it has the potential to be an extra food preparation area.
The large mirrors in the bathroom make it seem absolutely huge.
A favorite feature is the corner shower. This type of shower saves a ton of space while still providing ample room to bath.
How's this for a serene bedroom setup? The extended windows at the head of the bed give you additional room.

Evenings spent dining on the stone porch are never wasted. It's nice to invite the neighbors over for a glass of wine as you take in the orange and purple sunsets.
