Bask in this park model's beautiful, wood-based interior décor

Enchanted Way sounds like a rather pleasant place to live, doesn't it? Luckily for you, there's a street in Turner, Oregon, that's named just that, and it's as pleasant as it gets.
This lakeside park model is ready and waiting for a new owner. It's also a candidate for a community solar panel program. You could have the chance to be part of an energy-efficient community that will help reduce the park's energy bills. Plus, you'll be doing your part to take care of the environment. What's not to like?

It's very open and inviting as soon as you walk in. The cozy dining area next to the stairs has a lovely set of patterned chairs, and they look really comfy! You can also see the extended breakfast bar, perfect for sipping your morning coffee while you read the latest news.
The stove has a separate preparation area and counter to free up room around the sink. It's nice to have the kitchen divided in this way so that one person can cook while the other washes dishes. We just love how many cupboards they fit into this section – hello, storage space!
The laminate countertops look just like real granite. A large double sink lets you get all the dishes into it at once, but it can't compare to the massive size of the fridge.
You'll have an unspoiled view from the hallway to the living room.
The bathroom makes nice use of its space by having a corner sink with a stand-up shower just opposite.
Having the bay windows extended out in the bedroom frees up plenty of space as well. You may be able to fit a small desk or entertainment center there should you wish.
If you need an additional bedroom or game room, the park model does have a large loft with a wooden railing.
