Enter a pristine little waterfront model with an eye-popping bedroom

This waterfront park model in Washington state is truly unique. It has not only a deck overlooking the lake but also waterfront access and is close to the nearby sound and wildlife preserve.
But this property has a lot going on for it inside too. They've played on the waterfront by painting the interior a light, powdery blue and kept the kitchen white and airy. The space feels modern, clean and open - despite its small park model size.

Take the tour of this waterfront property and see for yourself.
Check out this massive kitchen! We can't get enough of the two-toned cabinets - both crisp white and sandy tan - as they just pop against those light blue walls. The feel in here is open and airy, and like nothing you'd expect when looking at this little park model from the outside.
The home boasts an open floor plan that flows from the kitchen to the dining and living room. Here you can see the entire room is lined with massive windows that let in tons of light.
Simply pull the shades down, though, and you have a cozy retreat to kick back and relax. There's even a fireplace for snuggling up on cooler nights.
In the back of the home is the master retreat. We love the gray walls because they make this space feel cozy - and with all that natural light the medium-toned gray really doesn't make this space feel small at all.
We also adore how they've continued with the cool blue color palette in here too with those pretty comforters on the bed. It's a nice touch, and keeps the entire home feeling cohesive.
Despite the pretty interior, we expect you'd be somewhere out here on even the mildest of days - relaxing on the deck with a drink in hand. This is a wonderful addition to the property as it extends the living space out onto the waterfront.
