West, and smack-dab in between San Antonio and Austin, this baby blue cottage is the perfect place to escape the big city. This little cottage will take you to a wide open property with views of the rolling hills, open sky, and access to some much needed fresh air.
The inside of the cottage is totally updated - including a new kitchen, stone countertops, and a beautiful bathroom, plus two big bedrooms. And while the inside of this little cottage is charming, it's really the property that you've come all this way to experience. So, take the tour of this little Texas cottage and see what it's all about.
When you walk into this petite little cottage, you're welcomed by tall ceilings, warm hardwood floors, and a totally updated kitchen. While it may be small, it certainly has all you need and want with updated cabinets and stone countertops.
We also love how open this space is - as the layout keeps the cottage feeling more airy, open, and bigger than it really is.
The bathroom has been updated as well, featuring the same countertops and cabinets they used in the kitchen. Once again, this is a small space, but because of the neutral color pallet and the brand new fixtures, this bathroom feels open.
The first of the two bedrooms is plenty big. We love the lofty ceilings and that big beautiful window letting tons of natural light into the space. The bed is huge - great for relaxing at the end of the day. But despite this, the room still feels big and has plenty of room to move around.
The second bedroom has the same tall ceilings and its own window for tons of natural light. Once again, the bedroom is able to fit a pretty big bed while still maintaining space in the rest of the room.
This is a great retreat to come back to and get a good night's rest in.
Finally, out front, there's a wonderful covered porch where you can sit and admire the rest of the property. The owners even put a dining set out here so you enjoy morning coffee and sunset dinners out in the country. We love it!
