It's about time we saw another new Fairmont park model, don't you think? Fairmont is well-known for its lovely functional layouts, and this 2017 Harmony model definitely has one.
Its lofty ceilings will make you gasp as you walk through its spacious floor plan. The furniture and appliances are equally impressive, but there's a little something special in the kitchen that you'll definitely want to see.

I'm loving the espresso tones of this living room. The laminate hardwood flooring is just the right grain color to match the tans and browns of the furniture.
Exquisite granite countertops cover the kitchen surfaces and the entertainment center. Gray, white and black pepper the glistening surface like something straight out of "Better Homes & Gardens."
The refrigerator is tucked nicely into a separate area from the kitchen appliances. With the fridge out of the way, you have more counter space. I'd use those cabinets for a mini-pantry and spice cabinet.
There's my favorite bathroom feature, the corner shower. It makes the bathroom feel so much bigger, and it frees up room for an extended bathroom counter.
Those wardrobes are huge! You'd have no problem fitting your clothes in there.
The 2017 Fairmont Harmony comes with a comfy queen bed to spend your nights on, so prepare to get cozy.
