Peek inside this 1988 Winnebago: The contemporary renovation is sure to impress

Why buy new when you can buy vintage with all the same perks? This 1988 Winnebago Chieftain might be close to its 30th birthday, but we bet you would never be able to guess its actual age once you are inside. This 22-foot (6.7 meter) motorhome looks practically brand new after its modern renovation in 2008.
Not only does it look new, but runs smooth as well with a fresh engine, new tires, and only 2,000 miles logged since the renovation. At such a great size, not only is this motorhome easy to drive, but it is incredibly comfortable for long vacations or even full-time living. Step inside and have a look for yourself.

Looking towards the cab area you can get a sense of how cozy, yet open the space is. During the day, the motorhome is filled with natural light and reflects off of the bright, white walls. In the evening, a small bed can be lowered above the cab to serve as a perfect sleeping area for children.
The kitchen might be compact, but it has plenty of storage and all updated appliances.
The new wood laminate flooring makes cleaning super easy and gives the interior a more modern look compared to the old carpet.
Looking towards the opposite side of the RV, you will find the bedroom and bathroom area.
One of the best parts about this bedroom is the large double-door closet with both a hanging rail as well as drawers. It is often difficult to find the perfect place to hang a mirror in a home that moves, so it is ideal that this closet has double mirrors on the exterior.
Everyone likes to watch a movie in bed every once in a while. That luxury shouldn't disappear when you hit the road.
Last but not least, is the bathroom and it is the perfect size for this Winnie. With a spacious shower, toilet, and ample storage, this bathroom makes camping a whole lot easier.
